Host
Tanja Kostyuk is a certified Psychosomatic Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Sound Healer, currently deepening her work through professional training in Body-Oriented (Somatic) Psychotherapy. She is passionate about the profound connections between our emotions, thoughts, behavioral
patterns, and physical well-being.
Tanja takes a holistic approach to healing by working with both the mind and body—conscious and subconscious—through a blend of yoga, breathwork, sound healing, meditation, and psychosomatic and somatic practices. She believes the answers we seek already exist within us—we simply need the right space and tools to tune in and listen.
In every session, Tanja is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing environment where individuals feel supported in exploring their inner world, releasing what no longer serves them, and reconnecting with themselves. Her intention is to gently guide others back to a sense of inner peace and clarity.
