ARRIVAL

Kindly arrive 10- 15 mins minutes before your class begins to check in and ensure a prompt start time. Late arrivals may not be permitted entry to maintain the class's integrity and respect for other students.

ATTIRE

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement, such as leggings or loose-fitting pants. For restorative and yin practices, including workshops and events, consider bringing socks and a light, long-sleeved layer for added comfort.
