Neha, founder of Yogic Escape Yoga & Wellness Studio in Berlin, embodies the essence of India's timeless traditions – the Vedas, Ayurveda, and holistic living. These practices have been her lifelong companions.

She has been teaching traditional practices in many teacher training like 200hrs & 300 hrs worldwide.

Her passion for Yoga and Pranayama has driven her to lead countless transformative retreats, workshops, and training sessions. Her approach isn't just instructional; it's a heartfelt offering of love and profound wisdom.

Neha's heart extends to underprivileged tribal children, echoing the mantra "Vasudev Kutumbakam" – "The World Is One Family.".
