Our Mantra Chanting Workshop introduces you to mantras for anxiety, focus, and inner stability. This guided online experience teaches you how to use Vedic meditation mantras and yoga mantra practices to manage everyday stress, calm the mind, and cultivate deeper awareness. Through structured mantra meditation, you’ll learn how sound vibrations influence the brain, reduce anxiety, and support emotional resilience. Neha

Neha is a founder of Yogicescape, the Yoga & Wellness studio in Berlin. 
Yoga instructor and Ayurveda practitioner and energy healer, she comes with an experience of 22+ years of practice, teaching across the globe. She has led many retreats, workshops, and training modules.


Neha's favorite mantra, "Vasudhev Kutumbakam," meaning "The World Is One Family," perfectly captures her positive and unifying outlook
That explains her true belief in selflessly giving back to society by supporting underprivileged tribal children in their education and teaching them Yoga.
