Mindful Inversion Lab
A Monthly Workshop to Elevate Your Practice
Deepen Your Practice & Explore the Monthly flows
Turn your perspective upside down. Mindful Inversion Lab is a 90-minute monthly workshop devoted entirely to the art of inversions. With time, patience, and mindful awareness, we explore the strength, alignment, and presence required to feel safe, stable, and free when going upside down.
Each month we focus on a specific theme or entry, taking inversions beyond the goal of “holding a pose” into a deeper practice of body intelligence, breath connection, and flow.
What to Expect:

Theme-based focus: each month highlights a family of inversions or a specific entry.
Technical exploration: alignment breakdowns, mindful drills, and progressive variations.
Playful yet grounded approach: learning to balance effort and ease.
Integration into flow: linking inversions with transitions and sequencing.
Closing practices: pranayama and meditation to restore balance.
