11 DAYS OF IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE (ITINERARY)

Soak up the tradition and Indian culture at one of the oldest living cities on this planet.

Day 1: Arrive. Rest. We begin the day with yoga philosophy and yoga sessions.
Day 2: Explore the land of over 20000 temples. Guided temple and ganges ghat visit followed by yoga and meditation sessions.
Day 3: Wind up and head to the next destination - Prayagraj (Maha Kumbh Mela)

Retrograde back into tranquility. Explore the lesser known forests of Goa and the pristine beaches.

Day 6 to 10

Time to slow down. We journal, we discuss and reflect on the experiences in the last 5 days
Usher into calmness with sound baths and meditation
Beach Karma Yoga to soak into the peaceful surroundings
Ayurveda Consultation, painting and pottery to refresh you
Kirtan to build up the harmony
Explore the Goan way of life, the culture, and food like a local, with locals

Day 11 Closing circle and departure

Experience a wave of spirituality. Enter the massive tent city, built for the Kumbh, the city that emerges once in 12 years, just for 45 days and then disappears.

Day 3: Unwind. Join the escorted stroll of the Kumbh site, followed by relaxing yoga sessions to end the day.
Day 4 and 5: Interact with spiritual gurus, kirtan sessions, one-to-one sessions with Naga Sadhus. Yoga and sound healing sessions.
