Pranayama & Breathwork Teacher Training

20,000 Breaths a Day.None of Them Taught.

Most people breathe 20,000 times a day without ever being taught how. Not the mechanics — the actual science: how breath regulates the nervous system, shifts mental states, heals the body, and connects directly to prana — the life force that Vedic tradition has been mapping for thousands of years.

In this 3.5-hour workshop at Yogicescape Prenzlauer Berg, Neha Pugalia — founder of Yogicescape and a Pranayama teacher trained in India's Vedic traditions, with 200-hour and 300-hour teacher trainings across Europe and India — teaches you the full technical vocabulary of yogic breath. Nadi Shodhana, Ujjayi, Bhramari, Kapalbhati, Bhastrika, Shitali. Breath retention. All three Bandhas. And how to adapt every technique to different bodies and life circumstances — stress, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety.

You leave with a YACEP certificate, €79. The techniques stay with you considerably longer.

The Pillars of Your Practice

Four practices. One day. Tools you will carry for life.

The Breath That Vedic Science Built

This is not a wellness breathwork class. Neha trained in India's Vedic traditions and has led 200H and 300H teacher trainings across Europe. The techniques you learn here have lineage behind them — not just a YouTube tutorial.

Your Nervous System, On Your Terms

Bhramari to calm. Kapalbhati to energise. Nadi Shodhana to balance. Each technique has a specific physiological effect. You leave knowing which to use and when — for yourself and for the people you teach.

Breath for Real Life

Stress, fatigue, imbalance, anxiety — Pranayama has been addressing these for millennia. This workshop teaches you how to adapt techniques to your actual lifestyle and body, not a generic sequence from a textbook.

The Three Bandhas

Energy locks that most yoga classes mention and almost none actually teach. In this workshop, they are not an afterthought — they are a complete module in their own right.

Your Day, Step by Step

From foundation to integration — here is exactly how the day unfolds.

Balance the energy channels through alternate nostril breathing. Master the oceanic breath for deep parasympathetic activation — the foundation technique you will return to daily.

Instant calm through humming bee breath. Rapid energisation through Kapalbhati. Bhastrika for full system activation. Three techniques that work within minutes and work every time.

Cooling breath to regulate body temperature. Kumbhaka (breath retention) and all three energy locks — Mula, Uddiyana, Jalandhara — taught as a complete integrated practice.

The science of prana and breath anatomy. Working with lifestyle disorders through breath. A closing integration practice and personal guidance on building your home practice.

What Students Say

This training completely transformed my relationship with breath. Neha guides with such depth and care — I left with tools I use every single day.
