Abhyasa 55H Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training

One Month.Five Disciplines.One Teaching Identity.

Between 8 May and 6 June, a small group of practitioners moves through something rare — a structured, cohort-based journey across Sound Healing, Mantra, Pranayama, Asana, and Ayurveda. Not as a series of separate workshops. As one continuous arc where each discipline opens the door to the next.

Abhyasa means sustained practice in Sanskrit. The name earns itself. You study under three teachers: Dhiraj in Sound Healing, Federico Soggia in Asana and Sequencing, and Neha Pugalia across Mantra, Pranayama, and Ayurveda. Between modules, self-paced Sadhana — journaling, meditation, personal chanting practice — keeps the thread alive. In the final session on 6 June, you teach in front of your cohort, receive structured feedback, and receive the Abhyasa certificate at the closing ceremony.

This is not a passive training. You will be asked to teach, reflect, and show up — not just attend. Max 16 students. Two-part payment available.

The Pillars of Your Practice

Four practices. One day. Tools you will carry for life.

A Journey, Not a Weekend

Abhyasa unfolds across five weeks — immersive in-person modules woven with self-paced Sadhana and one online session. The pacing is deliberate: each week deepens the one before, giving you time to integrate, not just absorb.

Three Teachers, Five Disciplines

Dhiraj in Sound Healing. Federico Soggia in Asana and Sequencing. Neha Pugalia in Mantra, Pranayama, and Ayurveda. Three teaching voices with deep domain expertise — because no single teacher holds all of it, and that is a strength.

You Teach Before You Graduate

The Apprenticeship module on 6 June is not symbolic. You design and teach a full sequence in front of your cohort and receive structured mentor feedback. Most trainings avoid this moment. Abhyasa is built around it — because teaching is how you find out what you actually know.

55 Hours, One Certificate

The Abhyasa certificate covers Sound Healing, Pranayama, Asana, Mantra, and Ayurveda — YACEP eligible hours — recognised for higher teaching rates, specialist class offerings, and priority access to advanced modules at Yogicescape.

Your Day, Step by Step

From foundation to integration — here is exactly how the day unfolds.

Three full days with Dhiraj — learning to play Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and voice; hold space for 1:1 healing sessions; and lead group sound baths. Includes chakra healing and hydro healing with bowls. Theory covers the history and principles of sound healing, music basics, and the ethics and business practices of sharing your healing work.

The science, philosophy, and physiology of mantra with Neha Pugalia. Sanskrit pronunciation, the universal mantra OM/Aum, leading kirtan and circles, understanding Bhakti Yoga, and foundational bija mantras for brainwave regulation. Attended from anywhere.

The full technical vocabulary of yogic breath rooted in Vedic lineage — Kapalbhati, Nadi Shodhana, Bhastrika, Bhramari, Shitali, breath retention, and all three Bandhas. With a practical focus on adapting techniques to different bodies and using breath to address lifestyle issues: stress, fatigue, and imbalance.

Two days with Federico Soggia — alignment foundations, embodiment-based anatomy, curating healing-focused sequences, anatomy in action, and the language of precise cueing. Followed by the Practicum: you design and teach a sequence with direct, structured mentor feedback.

Two hours on Ayurvedic fundamentals — Doshas, Dinacharya, healing lifestyle — followed by five hours in Neha’s signature module: weaving mantra, movement, and breath into a living, embodied yoga practice. The module that brings the full arc of the training into integration.

Journaling, meditation, and personal chanting practice — woven between modules at your own pace. Sadhana is not homework. It is the practice that ensures everything you are learning actually lands in the body, not just the notebook.

Live Q&A, direct feedback, reflective practices, peer connection, and mentor circles. The session where open questions get answered and where the cohort becomes a genuine community of teachers.

Teaching presentations by all trainees, peer feedback, group mentoring, and topic integration. The month closes with the certification ceremony — the moment everything in the training was moving toward.
