Nadine has been teaching yoga and Pilates for 14 years — a practice she started at 18, when she met her teacher Aruna Nath Giri and spent a decade learning directly from him. That lineage runs through everything she teaches: pranayama, Ayurveda, cleansing practices, and a view of yoga as something that genuinely reorients how you live.

Nadine started practising yoga at 18 — not as exercise, but as a response to something she felt she needed. Shortly after, she found her teacher, Aruna Nath Giri, and spent the next ten years in his teachings. That time shaped the depth of what she brings to the mat: pranayama, nutrition, fasting and cleansing techniques, and an Ayurveda-focused teacher training that followed.

She later added a Pilates certification, and movement and dance have been part of her life throughout. But the common thread is intention. Nadine sees yoga as a counter-cultural practice — one that cuts through the noise of modern life and puts you back in charge of your own health.

Her classes exist to help people become more conscious and more capable. Not as a retreat from everyday life, but as a way of living it with more clarity.
