I have been practicing yoga since 2015. Back then, as an architecture student, I was overwhelmed with sleepless nights full of drawing and model building.

During that time, I discovered meditation — a powerful method that deeply calmed me and helped me make better decisions in everyday life. Shortly afterward, I discovered Ashtanga Yoga. It gave me a sense of stability while everything else felt quite unpredictable.

In October 2024, I obtained my 200-hour YTTC certificate in Rishikesh, India, as well as an additional 100-hour certificate in Aerial Yoga. These experiences deepened my understanding of yoga philosophy and the human body. I had a wonderful time there and met many like-minded people with whom I could exchange experiences. Recently I completed an additional training as an Animal Flow Instructor.

I would love to teach both Ashtanga Yoga for complete and advanced beginners, as well as Vinyasa flows. The yoga flows I offer are based on traditional yoga asanas but also include elements from Pilates, fitness, and mobility training — as well as the fluid moves of the Animal Flow style that activate the whole body and mind. This combination is designed to adapt the practice to modern lifestyles and help meet challenges with energy and balance.
