In this immersive retreat, we will explore Yoga and Ayurveda as practices that help us connect to the Earth and the environment around us. As ecological concerns grow stronger, Yoga shouldn't be seen as a practice for the individual, but as a lifestyle that helps us to be more present and active in our environments. The first step is recognizing our body as nature and our breath as a life force. The second step is to notice how this changes our perception of the world around us.
Through Asana, Pranayama, Ayurveda, and meditative walks, you can expect to open your connection to your body and mind, expand your awareness of the environment, and learn sustainable practices that you can take into your daily life.

Neha is a founder of Yogic Escape Yoga & Wellness studio in Berlin

Is compassionate Yoga and Ayurveda therapist and energy healer

Has led many retreats, workshops, and training.

Selflessly gives back to society by teaching Yoga and support in education to underprivileged tribal children.

Neha's favorite mantra, "Vasudhev Kutumbakam," meaning "The World Is One Family," perfectly captures her positive and unifying outlook

Ana has a background in classical Hatha Yoga and experience in Ashtanga Yoga and Pranayama, her classes offer a unique blend of strength and fluidity. Inspired by her love for dance and improvisation, Ana brings a creative approach to her teachings. She also has a strong ecological connection rooted in her Amazonian heritage. Ana received an artistic grant to develop workshops that explore the connection between the body and the environment, integrating various Yogic practices. For Ana, Yoga is a transformative journey of self-discovery and a means of fostering a harmonious relationship with the world around us.
